Not all of the Birthday balloons are shown on this site, we have plenty more and if given the time can special order ones we don't have.

Substitutions

Bouquets & Balloons aims to provide customers with the specific balloons shown on our site, with a minimum of substituting.  We are at the Manufaturers mercy since they choose which balloons that they will discontinue.   Substituting may on occasion be necessary, but we will do everything in our power to minimize this inconvience.
